1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds for all products except:
Broken or damaged products (unless received in a damaged condition during delivery)
Innerwear products (for hygiene reasons)
2. Return & Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must include all tags, accessories, and original invoice.
3. Process for Returns & Refunds
Step 1: Initiate a return request by emailing us at stylemaxindia@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility within 2-3 business days.
Step 3: If eligible, you will be provided with return shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Step 4: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit (customer will need to provide bank details).
Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at stylemaxindia@gmail.com with photos of the product within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
